We Are Committed
The mission of the Overlay Cafe Hunger Relief Program is to make an impact in veteran, individuals and youth homelessness one hook-up at at time. To help our unsheltered neighbors regain their respectful and civil liberties in society; and support individuals and families as they transition from helpless and homeless to living an empowering and thriving life.
Community Engagement.
Through our outreach experiences, we are in conversation with our unsheltered neighbors we ask how we can “Overlay” them while they are living on the streets?

We find out what services are needed and we do our best to provide them without discrimination. Project Overlay provides Right Now Services after 5 PM

We are overlaying the homeless community by providing much-needed basic needs for surviving life on the streets! This is an opportunity to listen, learn, and love on that population.
